Job Description
- Design and lead the manufacturing road map from early prototyping through global mass production. Own the transition of complex designs into high-volume manufacturing ecosystems.
- Partner with Product Design during the architectural phase to embed Design for Excellence (DFX) principles. Ensure manufacturability risks are mitigated early, directly influencing the product’s physical build strategy.
- Architect the "Source of Truth" for assembly, managing the evolution of technical standard operational procedures, assembly stories, and process change management to ensure global build-to-build consistency.
- Leverage advanced statistical modeling and data connectivity to monitor production health. Identify systemic trends in yield and quality, leading cross-functional task forces to solve the technical bottlenecks.
- Align stakeholders across Engineering and Operations to ensure operational readiness. Manage vendor partnerships and technical equipment maintenance strategies to guarantee flawless product ramps.
