Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Willingness and ability to evolve in the area demonstrating proactivity in topics inside and outside their scope;
- Ability to work in a team and in a heterogeneous environment
- Social skills for 1st line management with the end user;
- Critical thinking;
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools;
- On-Site Work Regime (Hybrid);
Mandatory:
- Monitoring TV dashboards in the office;
- Tape rotation for daily off-site vaulting process;
- Intermediate knowledge from the user's perspective of Productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams);
- Incident and Service Request management in the internal ITSM tool (Service-Now) and in suppliers' Web portals;
- Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Domain object management (Users, Security Groups, Computers, DNS records);
- Basic knowledge of Windows server administration;
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell for script creation/execution;
