Job Description
- Help build solutions to customer needs using Google Cloud. Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Solve customers operational issues through problem-solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to drive resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions.
- Organize and execute prototype workshops to prove out proposed architectures and develop document technical blockers for prioritization with engineering.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other customer related events as needed.
- Collaborate with customers to drive adoption and guide them through the entire life cycle, develop solution architectures and road maps to achieve key milestones.
