Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor and record resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and CNAs to deliver quality resident care
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Provide emotional support to residents and families
Requirements:
Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing)
Prior experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
