Job Description
We are hiring an adaptable executive virtual assistant with the ability to juggle varied operational tasks to support an executive at a fast-growing healthcare company. You will perform various tasks including PowerPoint creation, software testing, orchestrate Google Ads tracking, build and enforce SOPs for directories...etc. The position requires strong attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and strict adherence to established processes. This is a remote role. You can mostly work your own hours, but partial overlap with US hours will be required once a week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build executive-level PowerPoint decks that visualize data, processes, and results
- Conduct software QA tests, perform “spot-the-diff” comparisons, and document issues clearly
- Set up, monitor, and report on Google Ads tracking and related campaign metrics
- Create comprehensive SOPs for directory workflows, ensuring clarity and version control
- Follow existing SOPs for directory submissions and updates without deviation
- Compile basic Excel sheets for tracking metrics, QA logs, and schedule adherence
- Communicate progress, risks, and process gaps to leadership and suggest improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and QA work
- Ability to follow SOPs precisely while thinking independently to solve new problems
- Experience with software QA or product testing (manual or automated)
- Reliable high-speed internet
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
- Full-time remote role
- You can mostly work your own hours, but partial overlap with US hours will be required once a week
- Compensation commensurate with experience
- Candidate provides their own computer
