QMHS (Case Manager)

The Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) provides Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) for clients including individuals, couples, and families throughout Franklin County. A variety of services include but are not limited to community linkage, skills building, problem solving, and social support. Services may be performed in the office, in the clients home or in the community.
