Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a motivated Spa Receptionist Intern for a six-month internship starting in September 2026. In this guest-facing role, you will welcome and assist guests, manage spa reservations, provide information on treatments and services, and support the daily operations of the Spa while delivering an exceptional Four Seasons experience.
What you will do
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized experience.
- Provide information on spa treatments, services, products, and pricing.
- Manage reservations and coordinate therapists’ schedules efficiently.
- Escort guests throughout the spa facilities and support their overall comfort and satisfaction.
- Monitor spa areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Support the Spa team with day-to-day operations and service excellence initiatives
What you bring
- Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian.

Schedule & Hours:
• This position is full time and available from September 2026, for six months. Successful candidates must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
