THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Research Executive role is ideal for curious individuals looking for their first step into a career in Market Research. Our graduates will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, you will gain exposure to a variety of services lines, whilst working alongside industry experts.
- You'll work across quantitative projects, assisting in end-to-end research project life cycle:
- Contributing to taking client briefs, developing research design, timelines and costings
- Assist in developing questionnaires and discussion guides
- Assisting with project management, including liaising with other researchers, operational team members, clients and external stakeholders as required to scope, implement and communicate the research
- Data analysis and visualisation of key research data
- Contribute to writing and delivering insights and recommendations to clients in engaging, meaningful, and creative reporting
- Project setup and data validation, checks and managing quality control
- Undertake professional development training
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for professionals with a natural curiosity about the world we live in and human behaviours, with a passion and flair for adding value. To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification, and demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and preferably SPSS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good organisational skills, project management and results orientation.
- Working knowledge of statistics and research techniques would be advantageous
- A positive attitude with the willingness to learn quickly
- Natural curiosity about the world we live in and human behaviours, with a passion and a flair for adding value
- To be self-motivated and have an enthusiastic approach to teamwork
