
HR Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking an organized and efficient HR Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Process payroll and benefits administration tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documents
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation
- Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
