Job Description

We are seeking an organized and efficient HR Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain employee records and update HRIS databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Process payroll and benefits administration tasks
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documents
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation
  • Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
