Perform sales & marketing strategies of the business unit with the objective of achieving the sales target and providing high levels of service quality.Role Summary:
An operations-focused role responsible for direct customer engagement, lead conversion, and supporting marketing campaigns. This role involves on-ground sales activities, client meetings, and follow-ups to drive property sales. The Executive assists in organizing property launches, maintaining CRM records, and providing market feedback to managers.

Good understanding of digital marketing and real estate trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies for property launches.
Engage with potential buyers and investors to convert sales.
Support marketing strategies, including sales planning, advertisements and promotions.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Assist in planning and executing sales gallery events and roadshows.

Technical Competencies
Customer Engagement & Support – Assist in responding to customer enquiries and supporting lead follow-up processes.
Sales Gallery & Site Coordination – Support the setup and operations of sales galleries, roadshows, and on-ground events.
Market Survey Support – Assist in compiling competitor research and customer feedback reports.
Mindset & Behaviours
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and take initiative on assigned tasks.
Tools & Methodologies
Customer Relationships Management – Maintain and update customer data in CRM or lead management systems.
Qualification and Experience
Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Certification or short courses in digital marketing, branding, or CRM tools are an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure or 1–3 years of working experience in sales or marketing are encouraged to apply.
