Summary of Role:
Responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair tasks, including HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and assisting with building renovations and special projects.

Standard work hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and on call rotation as needed
Responsibilities:
- Support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club through quality work and professionalism.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and components.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks independently and efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state codes.
- Assist with special construction projects and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Through understanding of HVAC systems up to 30 tons.
- Proficient in tools, materials, and techniques for HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 feet, and work in challenging environments (heights, humid conditions, airborne particles).
- Strong safety awareness and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive team relationships.
- Commitment to AAC’s core values.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-year hands-on experience with industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
- Willingness to continue professional development in Facilities Maintenance.
- Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain).
- Stable work history.
