This seasonal position begins in early April and ends in late September.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 per hour
- Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay on Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day

- Prepares, maintains, and dismantles the assigned culinary station
- Operates the assigned station efficiently, adhering to all performance standards by following recipes, instructions, and guidelines for preparing food, dishes, and meals
- Always maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and equipment
- Comply with all state, local health and food safety regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Possess knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and all line positions
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, or reach and perform continuous repetitive motions
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of working in a hot, humid, and noisy environment
- Seasonal Part-Time (15-20 hours/week) or Full-Time (30-40 hours/week), based on your availability
- Shifts vary based on the needs of the Club and include nights, weekends and holidays
