How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and inspire a production team to meet daily targets.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee production scheduling to meet demand and inventory goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate to resolve critical equipment or product issues.
- Recommend upgrades to equipment and facilities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Experience with timekeeping systems like Kronos is a plus.
- Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or coil winding is a bonus.
