Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management (IDM) staff to secure our banking ecosystem. In this role, you will implement, manage our enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks. You will ensure that the right individuals have the right access to the right bank resources at the right time, balancing robust security with a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Strategy: Manage enterprise-wide IAM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and identity governance frameworks.

  • Maintain scalable identity access solutions integration (e.g., AD directory, CyberArk).

  • Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, industry (e.g., HKMA, SG MAS, PCI-DSS, etc) and bank's standards.

  • Plan and organizes the day-to-day operations; develops and implements policies and programs as necessary.

  • Maintain day-to-day systems and applications user access provisioning, de-provisioning, certification; privileged access onboarding/offboarding.

  • Oversee user provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication (MFA/SSO), and regular access certification reviews.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for investigating and resolving identity-related cyber security incident and access anomalies alert.

  • Act as escalation point for IAM and related processes, working with users and stakeholders as needed to resolve all issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Active engagement on IAM related audit matters, including management of audit response and implementation of recommended improvement plans and remediation

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, or a related field is preferred.

  • Communication: Possesses initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience in IAM/IDM engineering or administration, preferably within the financial services sector.

  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise with identity access management tool and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, CyberArk, MFA).

  • Protocols: General understanding of federation protocols including SAML, OAuth, etc.

  • Security Concepts: knowledge of Least Privilege principles, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Zero Trust architecture.

  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP), or vendor-specific credentials.
