Scopo del ruolo
Siamo alla ricerca di una Maestra di Scuola Primaria abilitata, appassionata e competente, che desideri entrare a far parte di una comunità scolastica internazionale orientata all’eccellenza educativa, al benessere degli studenti e allo sviluppo integrale della persona.

Responsabilità principali
Progettare e realizzare attività didattiche di alta qualità, in linea con il curricolo della scuola primaria
Favorire lo sviluppo cognitivo, emotivo e sociale degli alunni
Creare un ambiente di apprendimento positivo, inclusivo e stimolante
Monitorare e valutare i progressi degli studenti, fornendo feedback costruttivi
Collaborare attivamente con il team docente e con la direzione scolastica
Mantenere una comunicazione efficace e professionale con le famiglie
Partecipare alle attività di formazione, sviluppo professionale e miglioramento della scuola
Rispettare e promuovere le politiche di safeguarding e benessere degli studenti
Competenze, qualifiche ed esperienza
Abilitazione all’insegnamento nella scuola primaria (requisito indispensabile)
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo (preferibile)
Forte orientamento alla qualità dell’insegnamento e all’eccellenza educativa
Capacità di lavorare in team e in contesti educativi dinamici
Spiccate competenze relazionali e comunicative
Sensibilità verso l’inclusione, la diversità e il benessere degli studenti
Disponibilità all’apprendimento continuo e allo sviluppo professionale
Impegno ISP per la tutela dei minori

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Primary School Teacher status (mandatory)
Previous teaching experience in primary education (preferred)
Strong commitment to educational excellence and student-centred learning
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to inclusion, diversity and student wellbeing
Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
