Overview Electric Boat is preparing to execute a construction and test program for the 827 Integrated Power Systems (IPS) at the IPS Compatibility Test Facility (CTF) in Philadelphia, PA.  The IPS includes the propulsion plant (electric drive) and electrical power distribution system.  Electric Boat was tasked to outfitting the space to integrate and test the lead ship motor module.  Currently, the site will be used to test subsequent COLUMBIA Class motor modules.  Outfitting of the motor modules will occur at the Electric Boat Quonset Point...
