DESCRIPTION

• Plan and develop assembly and production systems within automotive manufacturing environments
• Design factory layouts and structural concepts aligned with project and industry standards
• Develop and detail HLS layouts according to project requirements
• Perform 3D collision checks and layout validations to ensure feasibility and efficiency
• Coordinate interfaces between HLS, conveyor systems, civil engineering, building services, and IT
• Support implementation phases and on-site activities during installation and ramp-up
• Participate in concept, detailed, and execution planning phases
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with planning standards
• Identify and resolve planning and implementation conflicts during project execution

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.​​
• +5 years of experience in factory, layout or technical planning
• Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically a very high knowledge and experience in Assembly Equipment and Tools Planning.​
• Knowledge of Ergonomics Standards 
• Knowledge in Kanban Systematic​
• CATIA and Layout HLS is an advantage
• Experience of project management​
• English at a professional working level
• German A2 (desirable)​
• Availability to travel
• Temporary position
