- Plan and develop assembly and production systems within automotive manufacturing environments
- Design factory layouts and structural concepts aligned with project and industry standards
- Develop and detail HLS layouts according to project requirements
- Perform 3D collision checks and layout validations to ensure feasibility and efficiency
- Coordinate interfaces between HLS, conveyor systems, civil engineering, building services, and IT
- Support implementation phases and on-site activities during installation and ramp-up
- Participate in concept, detailed, and execution planning phases
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with planning standards
- Identify and resolve planning and implementation conflicts during project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
- +5 years of experience in factory, layout or technical planning
- Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically a very high knowledge and experience in Assembly Equipment and Tools Planning.
- Knowledge of Ergonomics Standards
- Knowledge in Kanban Systematic
- CATIA and Layout HLS is an advantage
- Experience of project management
- English at a professional working level
- German A2 (desirable)
- Availability to travel
