DESCRIPTION

• Lead and coordinate industrial construction and integration activities within running production environments
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of projects under high time pressure and production constraints
• Manage site operations, including logistics, access control, and work area organization
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers on-site
• Enforce safety standards, plant regulations, and permit-controlled activities
• Act as the main interface between project management, clients, and on-site teams
• Manage escalations related to safety, quality, and project timelines
• Support ramp-up, shutdown, and reconstruction phases in complex industrial environments
• Facilitate coordination meetings and resolve conflicts during critical project phases

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Civil, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.​​
• +6 years of experience in industrial construction sites
• Experience in industrial plant installation and restructuring projects
• Strong enforcement of rules, safety, and logistics concepts
• Experience in escalation management and coordination
• English at a professional working level
• German A2 (desirable)​
• Availability to travel
• Temporary position
