
Hospitality Concierge Liaison

Full Time Days
The Newbern Concierge delivers personalized, non-clinical services to patients and families to ensure comfort, safety, and a positive experience throughout their hospital stay. Working primarily in inpatient care areas, the Concierge coordinates ancillary needs with departments including Food and Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, and Plant Operations, collaborates closely with the clinical care team. This role embodies hospitality principles by anticipating patient needs, fostering seamless service, and contributing to a welcoming and healing environment, while performing other related duties as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or GED
Experience:
Customer Service/Hospitality experience preferred.
