The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Audience Engagement (Delegate Relations) Executive to help build and engage the audiences for ISMG’s global events, summits, and webinars.

In this role, you’ll connect with senior professionals across the cybersecurity and technology sectors—inviting them to participate in high-level discussions and helping bring our events to life.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who:

You don’t need prior event experience—we’ll train you. What matters most is your communication skills, mindset, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to senior professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMG events

• Research companies, roles, and industry trends to tailor your outreach

• Clearly explain event topics and why they’re relevant to each audience

• Guide attendees through the registration process

• Support attendance by following up with registered delegates

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds—including recent graduates—who are eager to learn and grow.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confidence (or willingness to build it) in speaking with professionals

• Good research and writing ability

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Comfortable working toward goals and targets

Nice to have (not required):

• Any experience in customer service, sales, events, or outreach

• Familiarity with Excel or CRM tools
