Food Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food Associate for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service establishment. Duties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food service establishment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of food service operations, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order preparation and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing calculations is a plus
