Job Description
Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney to join the Labor and Employment group in our Philadelphia Office. This candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of labor and employment matters as well as some general litigation defense matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The successful applicant must have the following:
- Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Have a minimum of two years of experience, preferably defending labor and employment claims
- Have experience, preferably defending liability claims and handling insurance defense and/or complex litigation
- Have experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participating in arbitrations/trials
- Have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.
- Be an active member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
