Full Time - Days (local driving only)
Eddy Senior Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate full-time Driver to join our Transportation Team. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in helping older adults remain independent and continue living in their homes by providing safe, reliable transportation to our day center, medical appointments, and community outings.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport participants to and from the day center, medical appointments, and field trips
Assist participants entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
Ensure all passengers wear seat belts and that wheelchairs are properly secured
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment during transport
Keep accurate daily logs, including:
Number of trips
Participants transported
Mileage and fuel usage
Ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and in good working condition
Communicate effectively with team members regarding schedules and participant needs

Requirements:
NYS driver's license, high school diploma or GED. Experience working with seniors is a plus but not required. Training provided!
Pay range:
$17.60 - $23.55
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
