Training Coordinator
Job Description
Assist in the on-going maintenance of the training program for site manufacturing operations
• Provide on-going administration of Learning Management System including the tracking and coordination of documents and training requirements
• Partner with Initiator / Owners (I/O)s to determine training assignment and delivery approach for new and revised documents
• Develop and maintain curricula for manufacturing personnel
• Provide user support for the Learning Management System
• Coordinate training events with manufacturing management and Qualified Trainers (QT)
• Provide ongoing customer support for training related inquiries
• Generate training compliance reports
Education & Experience Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Key Skills and Competencies Required Skills/Competencies:
- Ability to prioritize and plan own activities in accomplishing objectives.
- Effective communication both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of industry/cGMP requirements
- Interpersonal skills and professional skills
-Must be customer focused and service oriented
-Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel), Outlook, Learning Management System(s) - TrackWise - SABA
50%- Supporting 400/300-LTP Training
50%- Supporting 205-ABP Training
