Job Description

In this role, you will provide first-class support to our residential customers. We will give you all the training you need to be able to help our customers and progress your career.

This is a call-centre based role - you will be taking inbound calls and help with anything from basic troubleshooting to fault finding. We want to empower you to problem solve and deliver our customers the best experience possible.

The things that are really (really) important

  • Being able to meet our customer service standards and targets. We take our customer experience very seriously

  • Taking the initiative to identify and solve customer issues using the techniques we provide you in training

Working in 8 hour shifts, you will be working on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, and public holidays.

We require all candidates to commit to working 37.5 hours per week (full time hours).
