Client Service Specialist (Japanese Speaker)

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Be as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues with speed and precision.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics to identify risk and opportunities for added value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and adoption of Infor products and services.
- Track and manage client requests using internal CRM tools, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of client service processes and best practices.
- Champion client feedback internally to drive product enhancements and innovation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in client-facing ERP, SaaS, cloud or enterprise software.
- Have experience in translating technical details into business value, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience resolving complex business problems to ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Japanese language proficiency (oral and written), with N1/N2 certification preferred
- Experience supporting or communicating with Japanese customers in a professional setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, or public sector.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and suggest strategic actions.
- Basic understanding of EDI concepts (e.g., X12, XML) or experience reading EDI files
