You’ll be part of a dynamic team that puts the customer first, working cross-functionally to support, retain, and grow strategic relationships.


A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Be as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues with speed and precision.
  • Proactively monitor customer health metrics to identify risk and opportunities for added value. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. 
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and adoption of Infor products and services. 
  • Track and manage client requests using internal CRM tools, maintaining accurate documentation. 
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of client service processes and best practices. 
  • Champion client feedback internally to drive product enhancements and innovation.



Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in client-facing ERP, SaaS, cloud or enterprise software. 
  • Have experience in translating technical details into business value, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience resolving complex business problems to ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Experience with CRM platforms. 
  • Japanese language proficiency (oral and written), with N1/N2 certification preferred
  • Experience supporting or communicating with Japanese customers in a professional setting



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, or public sector. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 
  • Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and suggest strategic actions.
  • Basic understanding of EDI concepts (e.g., X12, XML) or experience reading EDI files
