As an AEM Lead Engineer, you will design and develop scalable web applications, lead technical implementations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and modern web technologies.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AEM-based web applications including components, templates, workflows, and integrations
• Work with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and Headless CMS architectures
• Implement web content management solutions using Java, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services
• Participate in Agile/Scrum planning, estimation, and delivery
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders

• 5–8 years of experience with CMS platforms, including 3+ years in AEM
• Strong expertise in AEMaaCS (Cloud Service) and migration from on-premise
• Hands-on experience in:
• AEM components, templates, forms, and dialogs
• Adobe Assets (tags, taxonomy)
• Dispatcher & CDN setup (Akamai preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign
• Solid programming skills in Java, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and modern web frameworks
• Familiarity with TDD, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies
