We have an exciting opportunity available for a RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Senior Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The role lies within the global business excellence unit, with its office located in Amsterdam, and is reporting into the Global RGM Strategy and Insights.

The Global Senior Manager RGM supports the development and deployment of long-term RGM agenda across markets. The roles contributes to value creation through strategic pricing, PPA, trade investment effectiveness and mix optimization.
Key Ingredients:
In brief, you will be taking ownership of;
Conducting strategic analysis to support decision-making for long-term RGM strategy (such as accelerator program)
Supporting development of pricing strategies, using the global tools.
Supporting development of promotion principles and contribute to trade spend optimization projects
Conduct analysis for mix improvement initiatives (innovation, portfolio simplification)
Supporting ad hoc RGM projects.

Demonstrated ability (5+ years) in RGM, Category Management or Finance, preferably in the FMCG industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills and financial competence to assess data and arrive at root cause- with ability to succinctly explain key drivers to senior audience
Ability to think strategically about data and translate this thinking into the “so what”
Problem-solving mentality, being able to navigate a high pace environment
Problem solver with a pro-active and persistent attitude, hands-on “can do” mentality and apply a structured project execution
Ability to Simplify.
