Responsibilities: 

• The primary responsibility of this individual is to assist the Accounts Receivables Department with bank account reconciliations, rebates, and credit limit reviews 
• Assist with customer deduction reconciliations and other departmental duties as required.  
• Assist Credit Analyst with invoicing, reconciling, creating spreadsheets, invoices for Tariffs  
• Sending invoices/credits/reconciliations to customers upon request 
• Use of various NTN Systems to obtain information for deductions and tariffs 
• Run DnB reports for credit reviews and update system 
• Enter invoices into customer portals as needed 
• The work schedule is flexible, but all work must be accomplished on-site during normal business hours (7am to 5pm Monday-Friday). This position is for 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday in office, and Friday work from home.
