About the Position
The Commercialization Manager usually sits at the point where innovation, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams have to come together and actually deliver a launch or change into the business.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
Lead commercialization of new products, renovations, packaging changes, and productivity projects from idea to market execution
Translate project timelines into cross-functional plans with clear milestones, owners, and risks
Coordinate R&D, procurement, manufacturing, quality, planning, logistics, and marketing to keep projects moving
Ensure materials, packaging, formulas, specifications, and plant readiness are aligned for launch
Track project status, identify risks early, and drive issue resolution when timelines or supply readiness are at risk
Support trial planning, launch readiness, and post-launch follow-up to ensure execution lands as expected
Manage changes to scope, timing, or assumptions and communicate impact to stakeholders
Maintain visibility of project priorities, dependencies, and critical decisions for leadership teams
Help balance speed, cost, feasibility, and service considerations during commercialization
Drive continuous improvement in commercialization processes, governance, and cross-functional ways of working
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or Project Management
5+ Years Supply Chain and Project Management
Strong knowledge of S&OP, Supply and Material Planning principles
Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
