About this role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced subject matter expert to join our maturing Customer Service department as a Senior - Fraud Performance and Change specialist. In this key position, you will report directly to the Global Fraud Director and help lead the expansion of our global framework while keeping a firm hand on daily performance.

We want you to collaborate deeply with fraud risk, governance, analytics, and operations to protect our business. True to our values of lead, deliver, and care, you will bring a customer-centric approach to fraud mitigation. Through proactive teamwork to deliver, you will safeguard our platform and keep our communities safe.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Set clear goals and own elements of the global fraud strategy, establishing a comprehensive "total cost of fraud" approach.

  • Continually monitor evolving risk exposures, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure our framework remains robust.

  • Aim high by owning global fraud KPIs and OKRs, optimizing control frameworks project-by-project to drive excellence.

  • Champion a best-practice fraud management culture internally while managing relationships with crucial business stakeholders and vendors.

  • Support all 16 of JET’s geographic markets with localized fraud risk mitigation and strategic thought leadership.

  • Track deliverable benefits transparently and run experiments, including proof of concepts, to test modern mitigation tactics.

  • Ensure internal business areas receive rapid, high-quality fraud insights, keeping fraud losses low and the customer experience exceptional.

What will you bring to the team?

  • A deep passion for fraud management, analyzing market trends, and translating complex technical details into simple, clear language.

  • Proven experience analyzing and managing fraud within marketplaces, merchants, fintechs, banking, or acquiring environments.

  • Commitment to achieving goals by turning data analysis into actionable control changes, insight presentations, or technology business cases.

  • Strong curiosity for solving complex problems, utilizing Agentic AI and machine learning as a default to aim higher and drive excellence.

  • Experience partnering with technical risk management teams on policy management and risk and control assessments.

  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of our internal and external partners to maximize vendor performance and optimize customer experience.

  • Outstanding workload, stakeholder, and program management skills to execute solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • A dedicated focus to act responsibly while making a lasting impact, identifying exactly where fraud happens and building process improvements to stop it.
