YOUR MISSION

This is a regional role responsible for coordination among various country finance heads. 

Task 1. Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

Leads the consolidation of month-end results for SEA & Oceania, performs analytical reviews, and delivers clear, insightful commentary to regional and global stakeholders.

Task 2: Performance Analysis & KPI Management

Drives variance analysis through collaboration with country finance teams, provides actionable insights to Global Finance, and monitors KPIs against budget while escalating and tracking deviations.

Task 3: Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

Designs budget and forecast templates, consolidates regional inputs, prepares executive presentations, and implements a centralized rolling forecast process to ensure timely and consistent updates.

Task 4: Process Optimisation & Reporting Standardisation

Standardises reporting structures, templates, and commentary to enhance clarity and consistency, while identifying gaps and leading initiatives to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and overall processes.

Task 5. Financial Governance, Projects & Stakeholder Management

Supports the development of the FP&A operating model and controllership structure, leads regional and cross-functional finance projects, leverages systems like Hyperion HFM, and acts as the key liaison between local and Global Finance while managing ad-hoc requests with agility.

YOUR TALENT

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant.

Professional:  A minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience, with exposure across FP&A, controllership, and commercial finance. Candidates with regional experience, particularly within the retail or FMCG industry, are preferred.

IT Skills: SAP, Hyperion, Excellent MS-office

Language Skills: English
