- Lead interested in learning more about the service offered by the brand; with school name and contact info passed along on a daily basis. This is defined as a warm lead.

Documentation:
- Accurately and consistently update databases with information obtained
- Consistently pass along “warm” lead information daily
- Make recommendations and adjust accordingly (when approved) if scripts/campaigns are not as effective as desired
- High school graduated
- 1 – 2 years of sales and/or outbound calling experience
- Bilingual Spanish & English.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with customers and internal team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to accurately obtain, document, and relay information in written form
- Competitive spirit and passion for the customer
- Knowledge of and experience with B2B customer acquisition and account management
- Knowledge and understanding of the elementary market
