Job Description
The Global Exhibits Advisor/Specialist serves as a business partner within the Global Exhibits team, providing strategic and executional support for the design, management, and delivery of US Human Health exhibit programs, with a focus on mature brands. The role requires deep subject matter expertise in pharmaceutical exhibiting, especially 10x10 and in-line exhibit spaces, and supports optimal customer service, efficiency, and congress strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibit Strategy and Execution
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic and executional exhibit solutions.
Support the design, execution, and management of US Human Health exhibit programs.
Ensure congress strategy is effectively realized through exhibit planning and delivery.
Provide solutions that maximize customer service, efficiency, and use of company assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with medical teams and congress associations to maximize medical and promotional opportunities.
Assist in, and in some cases lead, cross-functional planning meetings leading up to events.
Partner with internal clients during profit plan sessions to provide feedback and recommendations on programs and exhibits.
Compliance and Industry Expertise
Develop expertise in promotional exhibits and lead or support pre-conference compliance sessions.
Understanding of current industry guidelines and changes, including:
EFPIA
ICCA
IAEE
PhRMA / Sunshine Act
Apply evolving industry standards to internal corporate policies and exhibit practices.
Mentoring and Reporting
Mentor new marketing and promotional partners on exhibit delivery processes.
Assist in developing periodic reports and presentations on exhibit activity, spend, and savings.
Budget Management
Assist in managing multi-million-dollar marketing exhibit budgets.
Support monthly forecasting and reconciliations.
Help ensure financial tracking and accountability for exhibit programs.
Education
High School Diploma/GED required.
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum of 4 years of experience in exhibit/program management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (with Degree) or 7+ years without degree.
In-depth knowledge of current industry guidelines, trends, and exhibit structures/types
Strong financial skills
Experience with SAP and Veeva PromoMats essential
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizing abilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Computer proficiency with Windows-based software
Self-motivated and hands-on work style
Proactive and effective communicator
Proven ability to collaborate and execute projects successfully
Willingness to travel up to 20% yearly
Ability to work evening and weekend hours in support of exhibit projects occurring
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements, including:

The salary range for this role is
$87,300.00 - $137,400.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
