Temporary Junior People & Culture Business Partner

We are looking for a temporary Junior People & Culture Business Partner to drive both an excellent workplace and business performance, working out of headquarters (HQ) in Copenhagen, Denmark, for the period of starting as soon as possible until end of April 2027.
You will be working closely with all our People & Culture colleagues in our various global Centres of Excellence, where our operating model caters for and encourages close sparring and collaboration.
This is a great opportunity for you who have some experience within People & Culture, but are eager and ready to step into the ever-evolving Business Partner area and would like to work alongside very experienced and highly capable colleagues, ready to take you on the journey of delivering high-class advice across a global organisation.
The Business Partnering team is structured to cater for our global organisation and with this specific role, you will be an integrated part of the team working with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation.

In the role you should potentially expect to travel approximately 1-2 weeks pr. year to visit our local sales offices, the local CEOs and other stakeholders.
Stepping into this role, you will play an important part in carrying out practical tasks of a People & Culture Partner within the yearly leadership wheel and ad hoc initiatives. Moreover, you will use your structural and analytical mindset to find long-term solutions and deliver on strategic initiatives in developing our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor in challenging and supporting leaders on all people, leadership and organisational matters related to the execution of strategy, business plans and priorities
- Structure, drive and facilitate the implementation of the leadership wheel in close collaboration with the People & Culture CoE’s
- Actively utilize and apply relevant data and people insights to proactively conduct organisational reviews and define action plans, ensure implementation through facilitation and follow-up initiatives to drive organisational development and design
- Be actively and hands-on involved in business-critical issues and support collaboration across departments in Saxo to stays compliance and risk-aware
- Proactively engage with key stakeholders globally and stay closely connected to the business to push a truly business driven P&C approach
Your profile
- We are looking for a Junior P&C Business Partner, who is passionate about executing and driving the People & Culture agenda in a structured manner, who thrives in being close to the business and who brings a curious, business driven and proactive mindset to work
- Ideally, you have up to three years of relevant experience working closely with the business or previous experience in P&C
- A potential fit could be someone from a well-established HR Operations or Reward function, meaning you are familiar with the annual cycle and P&C processes
- You are motivated by working in a structured and detail-oriented way
- As our corporate language is in English, it is a prerequisite to be fluent in this
- We are looking for a true driver who thrive in a dynamic organisation, where adaptability to constant change is a key skill. You must be a strong communicator and relationship creator who builds trust while being able to challenge, coach, advise and empower leaders across the organisation
