HR Manager (Maternity Cover)
Job Description
What You'll Do:
HR operations/administration for Georgia-based employees:
- Support smooth and efficient running of day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, answering HR-related questions and ensuring a positive, seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, policies, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing by tracking employee changes, coordinating with payroll providers, and submitting required data on time.
- Organize and coordinate team activities and events for employees in Georgia.
- Collaborate closely with the HR and other teams on different matters.
Global mobility and immigration:
- Coordinate global mobility processes, including relocations, work-from-anywhere arrangements, and related administrative activities.
- Manage immigration processes for non-citizen employees in Georgia, including administering work authorization and permit applications, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Stay up to date with the latest changes in immigration laws in Georgia, communicate with relevant government institutions as needed, and ensure legal compliance.
EOR management:
- Act as the main point of contact and coordinate all communication with EOR service providers on employee-related matters across 12 different countries.
- Oversee and monitor administrative processes handled by EOR providers, reviewing and validating HR documentation.
- Track internal employee changes and ensure accurate payroll data is submitted to EOR providers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes managed by EOR service providers, based on our internal requests.
Office administration:
- Oversee and support office administration, ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Manage snacks, drinks, and office and cleaning supplies, ensuring timely ordering and availability.
What We Are Looking For:
- An HR professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, coordination, or administration, ideally in tech or international environments.
- Experience supporting core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance.
- Familiarity with working in an international or multicultural company, with the ability to support employees across different locations.
- Experience coordinating with external partners (e.g., payroll providers, EOR vendors, relocation or immigration services).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership and ensure processes run smoothly.
- Comfortable working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data and documentation.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with a supportive and approachable attitude toward employees.
- Business-level English is essential, as it is the primary working language of the company.
