The Role:
We are hiring an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding top tech talent, connecting the right people with the right, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments and technical roles;
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies;
Source top talent using both conventional and creative channels;
Promote structured, inclusive, and efficient interview processes across the company;
Provide market insights and hiring data to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, ideally in fast-paced tech or FinTech environments;
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with sourcing tools/platforms;
Proven success in recruiting across different geographies and departments;
A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders;
Genuine passion for inclusive hiring and building diverse teams;
Fluency in English (French is a plus).
What they Offer:
This role offers a gross annual salary between 16.800€ to 33.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
