Roles & responsibilities
Facilitate and process the On-boarding and Exit formalities for employees.
Assist with everyday HR Operations and responding to queries.
Creating, managing, and computing various HR metrics and data.
Comfortable with communication through email and chat in English.
Excellent at multitasking and juggling multiple tasks at the same time.
Being proactive in communication with leadership as well as finding solutions to challenges that come up.
Efficient at meeting deadlines for tasks and projects
Coordinate correspondence with other supporting teams for smooth operations.
