Job Description
- Lead architecture, design, governance, and optimization of Salesforce Quote-to-Cash solutions, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and related systems
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs aligned to long-term platform strategy
- Identify process gaps, recommend system and workflow improvements, and drive initiatives that enhance automation, data quality, and user experience
- Manage and mentor a growing Salesforce team, including goal setting, workload prioritization, and delivery oversight
- Provide technical guidance, design reviews, and escalation support for complex CPQ and Billing challenges
- Oversee platform delivery across flows, Apex, integrations, and declarative configurations while maintaining quality and consistency
- Support revenue close activities by ensuring transaction accuracy and resolving integration or revenue recognition issues
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience in enterprise environments, including strong expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, integrations, security, and platform governance
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or equivalent revenue platforms such as RightRev, with knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and ASC 606 revenue recognition
- 3+ years’ experience managing Salesforce technical teams, including mentoring, workload prioritization, and delivery execution
- Strong business analysis, process mapping, and change management skills, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Deep experience with declarative development (flows, validation rules, approval processes) and CPQ/Billing configuration
- Experience with Conga document generation and quote template design
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, CPQ and Billing Consultant Accredited Professional, or Platform Developer I or II
- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
