About the Role:
In the role of Senior Solution Consultant for CCH-Tagetik, you will operate autonomously to provide high-level technical support and drive technical sales processes. Your role will be integral in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of sales initiatives, delivering specialized expertise that enables the team to achieve strategic goals. Your contributions will significantly impact customer satisfaction and sales success.
 

Responsibilities:
• Drive preparation and execution of detailed technical product demonstrations.
• Design and implement high-level technical sales materials and strategies.
• Independently manage complex technical and functional inquiries.
• Lead comprehensive product training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Facilitate sophisticated technical solutions during customer engagements.
• Develop and refine high-level technical presentations and sales content.

Skills:
• In-depth Technical Knowledge: Thorough expertise in CPM solutions.
• Professional Customer Service: Advanced skills in customer engagement and retention.
• High-level Documentation: Mastery in creating detailed technical documentation.
• Innovative Problem-solving: Superior troubleshooting and resolution capabilities.
• Compelling Communication: Exceptional skills in technical and non-technical communication.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Talent in guiding, supporting, and mentoring team members.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Advanced ability to analyze and leverage data.
• Proficient Tool Use: Expert use of technical sales and CRM software.

Languages: perfect command of French and strong command of English

Location: Bois-Colombes (92), Paris Area, hybrid
