The ideal candidate will be passionate about Lextorah Learning Series, Schools and students/children, work well independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities;
Be an expert in Lextorah Learning Series and other eLearning products.
Drive customer acquisition through scaled direct marketing channels
Own, manage and optimise multiple online and offline marketing channels and drive overall short and long-term performance to increase customer acquisitions and grow revenue.
Generate breakthrough analytical insights and leverage them to improve efficiency and ROI.
Build, coach and manage a high performing outsourced sales team focused on customer acquisition and account management to execute sales target.
Drive product training curriculum and perform hands-on training
Analyze KPIs and dashboards with focus on maximising performance.
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
Requirements
BSc or HND degree with strong academic background or equivalent experience
+5 years of experience in marketing, online marketing, online advertising, Education Industry
Experience with digital and performance marketing
Understanding the educational market
Exceptional ability to problem-solve individually or in a group setting and understand key drivers of the business.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, prior experience managing salespeople a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
