Job Description:
What will you work on?
The purpose of this position is to ensure that office operations are efficient, manage daily activities, provide administrative support and be the first point of contact for employees and visitors.
The Office Assistant is, above all, an organized and competent professional with great attention to detail and communication skills, comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
How will you create impact?
Daily Operations in the Bratislava office
Be the first point of contact and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors
Oversee the general upkeep of the facility, including utilities, cleaning, and maintenance
Conduct regular office walkthroughs to maintain a clean, organized environment
Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and facility equipment; place orders as needed
Facilitate shipping and receiving as needed
Support employee onboarding and offboarding
Facilities Management in the Bratislava office
Coordinate with property management and maintenance vendors, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions
Ensure all facility-related equipment is maintained and functioning properly
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related vendors (e.g., supplies delivery, courier service, cleaning company)
Event Engagement Support in the Bratislava office
Support the execution of office-wide engagement initiatives, corporate events, and cultural programs (e.g., room setup) with the event/business lead
Foster a collaborative workplace culture through consistent communication and organizational support
Office Operations across all European sites
With the support of the Regional Facilities Manager perform the following activities:
Prepare and manage PRs/POs
Monitor and reconcile invoices for facility services (e.g., utilities, maintenance, repairs)
Communicate with external vendors, including property management, cleaning services, and equipment suppliers as needed
Other duties as assigned by the Regional Facilities Manager
How will you fit into the team?
This position reports to the Manager, Regional Facilities, Europe.

What are your skills and experience?
High school diploma or higher education
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
Fluent in English written and spoken is a must
Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with SAP is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service
Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in time sensitive situations
Reliable, with patience and professional attitude
Highly motivated, fast learner with an eye for details
Able to work 6-8 hours from Monday to Friday

The anticipated pay for candidate on this position starts on 1400 Eur [Per Month]. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
