Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Business Manager who is ready to lead big brands, win new business, and drive impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll lead key accounts, drive business growth, and build strong client partnerships. Also, work closely with internal teams and senior leadership to deliver strategic campaigns, pitch winning ideas, and grow revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead key accounts and drive business growth opportunities
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL & Digital
  • Build strong client relationships and manage high-profile accounts
  • Lead pitches, proposals, and campaign presentations confidently
  • Manage teams, budgets, timelines, and project execution effectively

Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent. 
  • 7-10 years’ experience in ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Retail/Shopper activation roles. 
  • Proven client servicing, pitching & business development skills
  • Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management abilities
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker with excellent business acumen
