About the Position
As a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager I at Deutsche Telekom, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities. Your key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive company valuations and detailed financial modeling. You will be responsible for organizing and performing thorough due diligence examinations and actively managing the entire M&A process from initiation to successful closing. Your deep expertise in corporate finance will be crucial in driving strategic transactions and significantly contributing to the expansion and optimization of our portfolio.
