What You'll Be Doing
- Lead quality control processes for ready-mix operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards
- Perform and oversee testing of raw materials and concrete to maintain consistent product quality
- Analyze data trends and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize mix performance
- Partner with operations and plant teams to resolve quality issues and support production goals
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation aligned with regulatory and company requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in ready-mix concrete materials, testing methods, and quality control practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proficiency in interpreting specifications, standards, and technical data
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
This role operates in both office and field settings, including laboratories, production plants, and construction sites. The position involves regular interaction with operations teams and may require travel between locations. Work may include exposure to outdoor conditions and industrial environments, with appropriate safety measures in place.
