A. Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
· Prospect and identify potential clients, and prepare a list of potential clients.
· Develop and maintain the relationship with existing and new clients
· Search new projects in the PMCM, PMCS field through partners, existing and new clients.
· Take sales target achievement as your full responsibility
· To decide the BV products can sell in the market in priority order
· Support establishing strategy for developing business
· To prepare a marketing & visit plans on weekly basis, including the following minimum:
· To perform the marketing & visit plans
· Prepare technical & financial proposal and draft of the contract based on the company form/reference.
B. Job Qualifications
• University degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in building & infrastructure sectors.
• Wide relation with project management, real estate, project developer, construction consultant companies.
• Willing to travel within the country and abroad.
