Job Description
ファイナンス部門において、買掛金(Accounts Payable)に関する業務を担当いただきます。
- 請求書の確認・入力・処理
- 仕入先への支払い管理(銀行振込・支払スケジュール管理)
- 買掛金残高の照合および管理
- 仕入先からの問い合わせ対応
- 経費精算のチェックおよび処理
- 月次・年次決算業務のサポート
- 監査対応(証憑準備など)
- 各部門との連携・調整
- その他、AP業務全般
What will I be doing?
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance department in all aspects of accounts payable while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Verify, process, and record invoices in a timely manner
- Manage vendor payments, including bank transfers and payment scheduling
- Reconcile and maintain accounts payable balances
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Review and process expense reports in line with company policies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support audit processes by preparing required documentation
- Liaise and coordinate with various departments across the hotel
- Perform other accounts payable duties as assigned

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Required:
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage numerical data accurately
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience in accounting or accounts payable
- Experience in the hospitality industry or an international company
- English proficiency (email communication level or above)
- Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., Bookkeeping Certification such as JCCI)
- Experience using accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
