IT Business Analyst for New Case Management Program

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a IT Business Analyst (f/m) to join our Digital for Maintenance Operations based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing a brand new Case Management digital program . As part of the Digital for Maintenance Operations team, you will be involved in translating business processes into IT requirements and managing application lifecycles aiming at driving digital transformation and optimizing maintenance operational efficiency.

Your challenges:

• Translate business operational needs into clear functional and non-functional IT requirements for technical teams.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog in close agreement and collaboration with the Business Product Owner.

• Lead the IT solution lifecycle and steer Continuous Release Management activities while satisfying operational SLAs.

• Evaluate change management impacts and oversee deployment strategies to ensure high end-user adoption rates.

• Define charging models and support the overall marketing and commercialization of the IT products or services.

 

Your boarding pass:

• Proven professional experience as an IT Business Analyst within a digital and fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end industrial business processes, preferably related to aircraft maintenance operations.

• Substantive knowledge of requirement gathering, functional specification writing, and business value mapping.

• Solid expertise in Agile methodologies and Continuous Release Management frameworks.

• Professional proficiency in French and English, essential to lead diverse, cross-functional teams (MFT) and align stakeholders.
