Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Support planning of hyperlocal campaigns by assisting in identifying focus models, regions, and dealer priorities based on volume plans and RO inputs.
  • Prepare and maintain the hyperlocal campaign calendar, supporting timely execution and tracking performance against defined digital conversion metrics.
  • Execute day-to-day campaign activities, ensuring campaigns go live as planned and are monitored regularly.
  • Assist in budget planning and tracking, maintaining records of spends and highlighting variances or concerns.
  • Coordinate closely with agencies to ensure effective campaign execution, monitor lead quality, and flag improvement areas.
  • Track and analyze lead flow across digital channels and share plan vs. achievement updates with the team.
  • Monitor dealer-level lead follow-up and assignment, supporting improvements in turnaround time and customer experience.
  • Coordinate hyperlocal creatives with agencies, provide regional inputs, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely rollout.
  • Support dealerships on digital readiness, including lead handling processes and coordination with BDC teams.
  • Assist in planning and delivering basic training programs to build digital capabilities at dealerships.
  • Provide operational support for resolving booking or execution-related issues during BAU operations.
  • Participate in RO/dealer visits to support reviews, capture execution challenges, and share insights for planning improvements.

Experience

 

  • Sales knowledge at the field level 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques.

 

Industry Preferred
