Mission & Responsibility Working as part of a Feature Team and within the framework of the IT Department's testing policy, the Test Engineer's mission is to ensure the compliance of delivered products with specifications, requirements, expressions of need and standards (security, legal, accessibility...) to guarantee the quality of the user experience
He/she is responsible for organizing and implementing functional and/or technical tests
He/she designs, automates and executes them
Depending on the scope of the project and his/her seniority, he/she defines or contributes to the definition of the test strategy
Takes charge of operational follow-up and coordination of testing activities
He/she is the relay for good testing practices within his/her scope
Define or contribute to the definition of the test strategy Ensure the design, automation (where applicable) and execution of functional and/or technical tests Apply and enforce automation standards (where applicable) Report on the progress of testing activities He will work in an agile environment on WEB applications intended for our claims customers, our partners, as well as our managers
He will actively participate in the various ceremonies we follow (PI Planning, Daily, 3 Amigos, Pair Test, Demo, Retro) and will use our tools (JIRA, XRay, SharePoint, Confluence, EOS/Kibana, etc.)
He will be required to carry out different types of tests (System, Integration, and Acceptance) on our various environments (developer's local workstation, test, and PreProd) as well as script our automated tests using our in-house 'NoCode' tool (which does not require any particular technical expertise)
